Homes are under the management of PVR Property Management (we rent and we take care of the homes)
    Homes include sheets, linens, (extra set of sheets for change)
    Towels and beach/pool towels and boggie boards and coolers are in the houses
    Homes have free local calls (some also have no charge for calls in the Continental US)
    Cleaning is between $ 65-$ 200depending on the home/condo size
    Lounge chairs, patio furniture, gas grill are in the homes and most condo's
    Free Internet/WIFI/High speed internet are available in all rentals
    Tax is 7% (Rental Tax Included)
    Some homes have beach equipment at no charge
    Boat rental and car rental are available
    Dishes, plates, etc are in the houses
    Hairdryer are available
    All homes have dishwasher, dryer and a washing machine
