PVR OffersThree Levels of Membership:

Silver Membership Includes:

  • No annual fee's and no contract, NO FEES PERIOD.
  • Customer pays small booking fee.
  • You list your property on PVR and you maintain the sites, pics, data and property management.
  • 50% of rental paid out at time of reservation to property owner, remaining 50% paid 30 days before arival.
  • The renter pays 50% to make the reservation and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. (same as VRBO)
  • ical Link Calendar to help keep track of your reservations with both import and export features.
  • Enhanced ical Calender features that allow your past rental history to be viewed by the public if desired. (this increases rentals)
  • Sales Generation Range? Your in charge!!!
 

Gold Membership Includes:

  • $500 annual Fee (VRBO Fees) and no contract
  • Your property is listed on over 20 sites including PVR, VRBO, AirBnb etc. and we maintain the Sites, Pics, Data, Sales, Reservations and Maid Service for your property. There is an anual fee of $500 to cover VRBO fees.
  • 25% commisions to PVR, 50% of rental paid out at time of reservation to property owner, remaining 50% paid 30 days before arival.
  • Coordination and check of the cleaning maids before arrival of new tenants
  • Disposing of garbage after tenant departure
  • Monthly account statements with breakdown of services rendered
  • Ical Link Calendar to help keep track of your reservations.
  • Profestional photograpy of your property to showcase the best qauiltys and fetures of your Property.
  • Strong Marketing Campain to Drive sales to your site including local and global markets.
  • Sales Generation Range of $20,000 to $55,000 depending on Quality and Location of the Property. We have data to prove it.
 

Platinum Mebership Includes:

  • $500 annual Fee and no contract
  • 160 monthy fee for most propertys with open contract for Property Managment Services incuded above, applies to most propertys.
  • Your property is listed on over 20 sites including PVR, VRBO, AirBnb etc. and we maintain the Sites, Pics, Data, Sales, Reservations and Maid Service for your property. The annual fee is $500 to cover VRBO fees.

  • Check the property weekly for any damages
  • Check property before and after major storms.
  • Maintenance of incoming mail and bill paying
  • Coordination and check of all service companies such as lawn service, pool service, pest control etc.
  • Coordination and check of all necessary repairs
  • Hook up or transfer of all service companies such as water, electric, phone, insurance etc. (we are always determined to find the best suitable service for the best price)
  • Allow acsess for other service companys to work on your property.
  • Check the the roof for leaks
  • Check the property of any sign of burglary, check if the house is locked
  • Check for insects or ants and spray for them.
  • Check the lights and if needed change light bulbs
  • Check trees and plants and water them weekly.
  • Check and control the sprinkler system
  • Flushing the toilets and running the water in the house
